The Rio-based group Cortesia da Casa released the EP Vilão Particular in 2021, featuring six tracks produced by Guto Dufrayer, Rodrigo Kuster, and Neobeats, available on all music platforms. The title track, which also received an official music video, features collaborations with Sorriso Maroto and rapper Xamã, with production by Lele and Neobeats.
According to Tangi, the song came about spontaneously and quickly took shape with Renato’s contribution, followed by Xamã. The idea to include Sorriso Maroto came from the mutual admiration between the artists. Bruno Cardoso, the group’s lead singer, highlighted the creative synergy and even took part in the track’s co-production.
Since 2014, Tangi and Renato have been making a name for themselves in the Brazilian rap scene with Cortesia da Casa, blending black music, rap, hip-hop, and R&B.
